The Art
Karl Yvan Tagle
Karl Yvan Tagle is a freelance illustrator, graphic designer and artist based in Sydney, Australia. Fresh out of high school, he majored in Illustration at The American Academy of Art, Chicago and then went to complete a bachelor degree in Fine Arts (Majoring in Painting) at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila. Now residing in Sydney he is screen-printing and designing posters, and combining skills in a variety of mixed mediums (including watercolour, ink and acrylic paint). Karl's art is inspired by current pop culture, comics, movies, toys and gig posters.
