The Art
Lutfu Er
Lutfu Er is a graphic designer and illustrator from Ankara, Turkey. Since childhood Lutfu always loved drawing and although he studied management at Anadolu University he never lost his passion for art so after graduating he began working as a graphic designer in an advertising agency and is now an art director whilst also continuing to work as a freelance illustrator. Lutfu's inspiration comes from people and their inner conflicts. He likes detail, and hides little details in his illustrations which are not obvious at first glance giving his work a depth which the viewer can discover. As an illustrator he has worked with publishing houses, Redhouse Kidz and Tudem creating illustrations for children�s books. In 2019, he also won the second prize in the KFC Turkey 30th anniversary bucket design competition.
